Just a FYI here,, but the maker and hardening process of an axle is JUST, if not MORE important than how many splines,, well to a point that is.
I had a Strange 35spline axle twist with just 580HP (14x32-15 slick dead hooking)
Then I 'exploded' a Dutchman 35 spline axle with the same 580HP
Next I put a nasty twist in a Strange 31spline axle with 660HP
As pair of Moser 31spline axles did better, but has a 1/4 spline twist when I replaced them,,
and I have yet to twist or damage the Mark Williams 31spline axles with 800HP
For whatever thats all worth

I just did my taxes and reviewed my SS statement. Thanks to the current administration it looks like I will only have to work till noon on the day of my funeral.
