I used my new plasma cutter to cut the frame, love that tool!!! Very little grinding to get the notch in.
Since I was having soooo much fun with the welder, I decided to triple weld the notches in on the outside.
Just so I could spend hours having fun grinding it down to make it look nice.
After drilling out the spindle tie rod holes I added the rack and pinion to the DM. Those 15 inch rims didn't leave much room for the 14 inch rotors!!! Had to pull the calipers off so they would fit.....
TOUCHDOWN!!!! I added the rearend to the frame and was able to lay it out on the shop floor!!!!!
