I'm digging up an old thread, but I'm adding this info in case anyone is using an early '90s serpentine set-up with a small block in a 1960-1966. I am using a swivel style billet aluminum water neck.
I used a Gates part#20676, which is for a 1970-1972 Monte Carlo. If you remove 15.25" from the long end (manifold side) and .25" from the radiator end, it fits perfectly with no interference issues.
