I also have requested that PayPal refund the $48 I paid for the gas tank straps on 8-5-2015 which to my knowledge he has not shipped.

Update: My move from selling one home and buying another is finally completed (which explains my absence here on the site).
As requested, Adam did refund my money for the gas tank straps; he even offered to send them to me once I have completed moving at no cost!
