I used a 40 gallon square body Suburban gas tank:

Bought a extra rear crossmember from the parts board and installed it just rear of the rear axle. The existing crossmember I moved back. These two give the square body gas tank straps something to bolt to.
Relocated the filler neck to the corner. The original filler neck is like 1 1/2" and the square body filler neck is 1 3/4". I had to glue a rubber spacer in the hose to make up the difference. I'm using aftermarket gauges so the old filler hole now has a sender in it.
Installed a ep381 fuel pump on the stock sender.
