For a hand rivnut setter look at the Marson 425-RNK, nice quality tool and does #12 thru 3/8" Rivnuts *and* studs as well as their Metric equivalents. Anything bigger than that requires either a pneumatic or hydraulic tool.
The tool is about the size of a decent size set of bolt cutters. There is also smaller ones more like a typical pop-rivet tool that do #4 thru #12. For either of these you need a nose piece and a draw stud for each size you want to do.
