Thanks For the reply. It appears that the choke dose t work at all. This motor has the governor on it and now I have no spark engine won't start. I reomoved the 2g Carburator and it has some problems. All fasteners were / are loose. Gaskets are torn like someone has tried to work on it and put the used gaskets back in place. I have another fm 2g carb but the bolt pattern on the base is to large and it won't bolt to the manifold. Also the inside of the distributor is a mess rusty and cruddy. I am amazed it even ran in the first place. Is the governor necessary? Can I remove it ? If so what is involved?
