Jeff the collar for the column is secured with two Philips screws probably stainless or possible chrome and 15/16" long.

Yes, the wires from the door pins have rubber grommets at the kick panel. I must have mine bagged up and will look for them - mistakenly thought I left them affixed to the harness, which I checked.

On an iPad so sadly only can load one pic per post.
