It sounds like you may have a 3/4 ton brakes or one of the heavy duty brake options. I seem to recall 2 3/4" brake shoes on a truck sometime in my past. I would try Napa or someone similar. The restoration guys mostly cover only the standard half ton stuff. Lots of the brake parts on these trucks were on many years across several model changes. I would be suprised if they were no longer available. The rear wheel cylinders on my 52 are like 37 thru 82. The other option may be to have yours relined.
