I wanted to report back. This pulley worked with the brackets I had installed in the picture -
http://www.ebay.com/itm/271974107973 GM#3770509, 38809 from Classic Performance, or as listed on eBay 8948b or other places as an 8948.
The pulley ends up lined up with the 2nd position on the damper, water pump and alternator pulley.
The other eBay pulley I listed looked like it would have lined up with the 1st position on the other pulleys, except it dragged on one of the bolts where the bracket attaches to the pump.
