There is nothing like hacking up a radiator straight out of the box. I cut off that inlet and then a wedge to angle the hose around the belt.

Thanks for the validation and the tip! I found a radiator shop locally that is going to handle the rejiggering of the inlet pipe. I even showed them your picture. I don't have the equip to weld aluminum at home and the cost of doing so is probably going to be way higher than having someone whip it up for me.
