I bet they could. I didnt buy the optional controller. As they are, there are only three wires. A common ground wire, red line in for white, and yellow line to amber. Haven’t decided if I want to use the amber or not. When I ordered mine they were out of white only and Jonathan at Dapper offered me an upgrade so they could be built faster.

That's cool. I didn't know that was an option when I ordered mine. I have a set of their 575s for my GTO. I didn't go with any halos though. I have them on my V2s for the 71, but I haven't hooked up the halos yet.
