Yeah, I ended up replacing my Griffin with my original radiator (thank goodness I held on to it). My local radiator shop pressurized the Griffin radiator in a tank of water and it was obvious that the epoxy just doesn't hold up. They cleaned the original radiator for me and its worked great now for months. The dual electric fans and shroud fit right on the original 4 core and keeps the 402 cool even with the a/c running. I guess the original belt driven fan and clutch just wasn't enough to cool the big block after rebuild and boring of .30 over. I would highly recommend using the original radiator over an aluminum when possible.
