Couple parts, including washers. Notice the depression in the washers. They're 1/2 ID.

As for the other parts, on my truck GM used two 1/8" at the rear portion of the blank, and two 1/8" at the front. The front also included two 1/16", and one of these on each side of the truck is shorter than the others. Couldn't tell you why they didn't just use another 1/8". Can't say for sure if that's how to rebuild it, but seems so.

Probably time to replace the carpet.
