Yeah i am not sure about the different types of diverters i just know what i have, the converter they are talking about is the catalytic converter, once atomic is installed you can set whatever target fuel air ratio you want, i left mine at the recommended ratio, when i took it for smog It passed with flying colors my numbers were all really low compared to the allowable numbrrs
