All the trucks got bought up by people who don't need them, leaving some poor unfortunate folks no choice but to find alternatives.
Trucks are used for just hauling people
causing SUVs being used for 5th wheeling,
cars being converted to haul horses,
and what trucks are left for work are being pressed into service long past their practical limits
