Besides it isn't hard to talk your wife into taking a road trip to Anacortes if you allow for a day or two of looking around. The tulips will be blooming in that area in a couple of weeks and that is worth a road trip in it's self.

Although I agree, it has not been that easy to convince my wife that a trip to the Pacific Northwest is in our best interest. Heck, I even have family in WA and OR that we could visit to save $$ in food and lodging. I don't understand why she's reluctant. I don't think it's because she's heard me talking about getting a 5 car carrier to head out with....
