The blue delete plate #2 is headed your way, the plate and clips were packed and shipped along with the black 71 steering wheel (box 1 of 2) via FedEx on Fri. 03/23 and as of this evening the FedEx website is projecting that you should see the box on Thu. 03/29 by the end of the day.
