If your t-stat is 195° and the fan switch shut off is 185°, once the fan comes on, it will never shut off. Either use a 180° t-stat or a lower temp switch.

A lower temp switch? Can you be more specific? Lower as I can think of would be like 185 on 170 off. Is that what your are referring to?
