I never hold a grudge even if my wittle feewings were huwt.
I liked Rough Country in the mid-70s when Tom Cepek had that Tan & White F250. There were not the options that are out there today. Of course, my first K/20 got Burbank Springs and I have never ran a Rough country lift or shocks. That Blazer had Rancho and that '69 Power Wagonddn't have a lift kit. No one made one for one thing. It was pill the springs, disassemble, Pound out your desired arch with a sledge hammer on an anvil with your buddy squeezing on that leaf with all he had or he'd get a bigass OWIE! First main arched in comparison to the other original, arch rest of pack to fit, then do the other side to match. Made the 4" pipe bumpers and a front brush guard out of 3/8" plate & 2.5" tube just to middle of grille with a third tube at bottom so tow hooks wouldn't bend the side-plates in...like the store bought 1/4" plate/2" 2 tubes would.
My buddy was selling at Carlisle just what I needed to do a repeat of that doubler set-up...minus the custom machined parts! He brought a divorced NP205 w/crossmember and bought off someone a collection of a couple variations of the Dana300 for cheap. I haven't checked, but Advance Adapters may offer what is needed now. The second pictures has the 300s lied up out front behind that group of buyers
