I did get it figured out though, turned out to be a bad relay in the under hood fuse panel.

Glad you got it figured out. I've had a handful of actuators fail on me, and they always went to full heat. It didn't sound likely you would have every actuator fail simultaneously and go full heat mode, but, well...
