Your pcv valve should be screwed into the side of the tube and lead to the intake manifold. That used to be the road draft tube in earlier engines and on later ones turned into the location for the pcv valve.

As for fuel pump, they are not hard to find. Rockauto has the standard and fuel/vacuum pumps.
