Have tinnitus pretty bad as well ( F-111a jet engines and 18 (?), 500 bombs going off nearby) The VA recently provided me with tinnitus suppression, Oticon mini hearing aids amd they really work. Also work with phone and tv. I did not realize how bad my hearing was until i got them. -Even engines and key in igniton car chimes sounds entirely different
