Pff. Adjust the throttle linkage to limit it. As she gains proficiency, you can adjust it for full throttle. Who doesn't want a grand-daughter who knows how to drift in a curve!? Just don't make her drive on a tilled field with all those furrows. Come on, at least make her keep that cell phone out of her ear when she's driving.
