Thanks for the info, yes we are talking about the same thing. I had 2 lines plugged with screws when I bought it, I figured out the one to the air cleaner valve, but Ive never had an original ac engine that wasn't already gutted.
Im gonna see if I cant find the tin choke thermostat cover in the junkyard this week. most of the old square bodies around here that are left have all had the engines removed for circle track racing tho.
