This is my recently passed 2nd cousins place. I put a roof on it about 10 years ago. Iirc he got $200 for them to paint it on and it was repainted at least once. The estate is for sale now hard to say what will become of it. It sits on a main road (4 lane). When he bought the place it was a single lane dirt road.
