Here are the back side pictures. I figure the black one is for a tilt but non of the ones I find on the net have this number in them. I was just curious what it may fit.
Yes the white one is beveled and it came out of the standard 3 speed steering column of the ramp truck. It all was there and worked like it was suppose to.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
