What are you planning to do?
Replace the bad one or all of them.
If it’s likely just that one then you don’t need a screw in stud. A new press in one that’s pinned will work.
Did you check to see if that one is pulled out?

Stud size depends on your spring pressure.
Higher pressure needs bigger studs.
