I resorted to taking a small hard brake line and routing it from the splitter block, through the frame rail, and attached to a small metal bracket I welded to the frame. This gave me an extra 4-5 inches so now I can go through the whole range of motion without pulling at the hose.

That’s what ive always done with trucks with 6 inch lifts. 15 years on off-road trucks and plenty of flexing without any issues
