Good choice to walk I'm afraid. It all depends who is in the room come time for your lot to roll across the block. No reserve or really low reserve ( perhaps in this case ) are best left for auctions with huge action, complete with internet/phone bidders too and best if covered on TV nationally!
Maybe find a smaller, local auction that will let you reserve all you want and just test the crowds. See where the bids to. Might be fun.
