I did for my dually but I also ditched the leaf packs for a 4-bar w/rolling sleeved bags using the OE housing spring pad locations for the brackets everything attaches to. Both shocks are now mounted just behind the rear end.
it's not a bad idea for your flipped set-up (def better vs. the exaggerated angle the relocation brackets put the shocks at).
