SO, I did find what I believe is the original cushion made by SKF, but seems to only be available in Europe and UK. Here is the link:

I reached out to a UK distributor, but I have not heard back. I think due to the Coronavirus.
I'm not a huge fan of waiting; in other words impatient. So I decided to cut up the rubber cushion that came with the RockAuto carrier. After carefully modifying it with a razor blade it works beautiful! I bolted up the two halves and the carrier bearing is nice and snug and operates smoothly.
I'm going to install tomorrow and give 'er a test drive.
