Epoxy primer is the only product that prevents rust creep. Sorry, but you are badly mistaken.

There's no such thing as a metallic based urethane primer. Any urethane (high build) primer has zero rust prevention properties.

Urethane is a very good topcoat and does have great a abrasion resistance.
