I didn't have to cut in to the firewall to clear the downpipe, it does run about 1" away from the sheetmetal at its closest point, so i was planning to run some wrap there to keep the paint from blistering.

Using the old butt-dyno, I am hoping to land somewhere in the 250HP range with some garage/street tuning. Maybe someday ill get it to a real dyno and see what this setup can actually put out.
