Not the best way to do it, but you could tack weld the pieces together with your MIG then take it somewhere to have it properly welded with TIG. With stainless, make sure your fitment is nice and tight so you don't need too much filler rod.

Another option if you want to do it yourself is just to make it from mild steel. The "J" bends and tubing are available in steel and will be cheaper. It just won't look as nice and will rust. You could get it ceramic coated afterwards.
