I'm not into the big wheel thing either w/all the crap required for using them. Limited options on models means there are like 4-5 'choices'. There are shops out there machining different patterns into them but that option has the cost going even higher beyond the standard milling. Making them 'fit' also requires certain parts as well. More $$. Then there's the post purchase service situation... I get grief from corporate wheel/tire places running pass car tires on my trucks. I don't know if one will help if you have an issue because you have a 10-lug HD wheel & a light truck tire combo. Not to mention adding $6k in wheels/tires to something that's not under 24hr lock & key is asking for issues.
