I guess my first qualification is "Not Fram". But I normally buy Supertech, Wix, or Napa) I learned something a week or so ago, I went into Napa for a filter, and they sold the same filter two ways.....one in a box, one bulk plastic wrapped. $1 cheaper for the one without the box. For oil, I run the Warren distribution oils sold in either the Tractor Supply Traveller brand, or Supertech (same stuff). Been running that for years with no issues, even their diesel oils in a diesel tractor. I used to be a hard core name brand oil guy, but got over that years ago, and save a ton.
