I see where the belts would attach on the center two legs. But the far left and right belts (that slide into buckle) aren't attached to the outer legs. What's left of those belts go into a fold of the upholstery on the side. I grabbed a picture from your other thread, they look like this picture below. Are they bolted to the seat frame?
