It's going to depend on the size of the thread of the stud.

In truth I serously doubt that I have ever tightened any tie rod end nut moreythan 60/70 lbs. I've never used a torque wrench on any that i was working on either. Admittidly I was a lot stronger 40 years ago than i am now.

This is a bolt torque spec chart with the reccomended maximum torque for each size bolt, Not the working spec but maximum you should consider going.
