I talked with these guys at Barrett Jackson last year. They fabricate their own cabs. I mention them because they are in Lake Havasu, you could, maybe, drive to get and save on shipping. At least you could ask them what they sell and what to stay clear of. That is if you decide on off the shelf for any of the components.
