That is a very nice engine bay.
Adding a nice looking hood vent other than the trays may require some body work and paint to your hood, but if you are looking to relieve under hood pressure, I think that with these trucks it's the hood, the fenders or a best place would be adding directional vents to the inner fenders combined with a short under the front bumper air spoiler to help move the air.
Also inner fenders are easy to replace if needed.
