I'm sure you asked all the appropriate questions of the seller...I called him a couple of weeks ago and talked to him about the C30 motorhome. It was a factory air big block. The big block has been replaced with a small block and the factory air is not operable anymore....don't know exactly what that means...also, the bucket seats are not the original factory seats, those are long gone. Motorhome also needs roof work since it's got some water damage. Sounded like too much work to me...but good luck if you make the deal.... Mitchell campers and motorhomes are VERY well built.
