No.
It is not easy to feel. I have done a skid on dry pavement and activated the RWAL, and felt it, but it is not as noticeable as most antilock systems.

It is possible for dirt to cause problems in the isolation/dump valve.
Get the code out and see what is going on, or see if it is the combination valve turning the light on.
