To rebuild the 292 is simple and easy. Most of your parts can be purchased through Ebay and Summit Racing. Burning oil is a sign of bad rings....especially as bad as it sounds. What is the mileage on that thing?

I believe you'll have to order from the USA for parts. Long as you have internet you'll be fine. Shipping will be the beater though. Glad you want to keep the 292. Nice change rather than another small block.
