Thanks Bill! Digging your new rig! I have been daily driving a 97 GMC squarebody for the last while, ever since I took the 1992 Dodge doner truck of the road for the Panel.
Some progress this weekend!
Cut out some backing plates out of some 1/4” stainless plate for all of the rear body mounts and bolted them in nic and beefy now. The. Moved on to installing the door jam switches for the dome light, took some 1/4” by 2” steel flat bar, drilled and tapped the hole for the switch, cut a hole in the door jam l, ran the wiring into the cab and welded it in. Did one on both sides.
