I'd suggest Flash floor cleaner, used neat that stuff cleans years of crap outta any surface without the need to scrub...wow, I sound like a commercial. "Just look at my floors"

I'd keep it simple, hot water to soften the dirt then neat dish washing soap to clean, more hot water to rinse.
