I wanted to open a second thread, so more members might have a fix to this problem.

A 2005 Yukon XL, I hope to buy.... but I just found out by driving it, the manual steering wheel height adjuster...... Adjust it to the highest, or to the bottom and the steering wheel seems tight. But, in the middle positions it comes loose and drops down ( with a little bit of pressure) Especially when you turn.
Not good.
Anyone have knowledge on a fix? I will be going to a dealer on Monday, but some inside info may help!
