Suburban won't start, my head hurts.

I have a 1993 suburban that won't start.

Month ago, it acted like it had a dead battery for the second time this month. Battery was old so I replaced it.

Fast forward two weeks, it won't start again so I jump started it and drove it 70 miles. On the way home, my wipers turn on by themselves and would not shut off for 20 miles. When this happened , my speedometer and tach both pegged out the entire time. My volt gauge read 9 volts.

After I get home shut it off, it won't start again. No crank

Starter - tested good
Alternator is good
Battery is 1 month old.
Ignition switch new

I tested it for a drain on the battery and found it's on the headlight wire from the junction block but can't follow it further yet.

I tested for power to the starter solenoid and no power from the purple wire coming from the ignition switch. I replaced the switch because cheap part. No change. Tested power from switch and still no power coming from it.

Where to now??? Anybody have any ideas? My next idea was the neutral safety switch but my test light broke before I got there. But I'm still at a loss for everything
