Not as far as I can tell... No leaks, anywhere, but that smell may not be 'sweet' to you, my sniffer's busted, can't stand sweet smells, taste, etc... So let's just say it's not nasty (rotten eggs, sewage, human hair burning...) and maybe found it:
EGR Solenoid (New, replaced earlier, supposed to get hot?) melted end of vacuum line I replaced days ago with black rubber (silicone?) tubing, the line that goes to the EGR Valve...
The smoke actually WAS exhaust, though... Exhaust pipe slipped out of front end muffler! Just enough to let exhaust gases escape, but blown INTO engine compartment, while fan blowing 2000rpm??? Swirling perhaps...
