I ended up with 30x40x14, with a 12x30 Lean-to.
I would have went bigger if I could, but the space wouldn’t allow it.
Reason for the insulation?
Of course the thermal aspects, but also sound deadening.
I was working in there today with heavy rain and couldn’t here my music playing.
